Which cats can I book for?+
I care for healthy, fully vaccinated cats. Vaccinations need to be up to date, and your cat should be free of fleas, ringworm, and other contagious illnesses.
Do you need to see my cat’s vaccination records?+
Yes. Please have your cat's vaccination records ready before the first visit.
Do we meet before the first booking?+
Yes. Before your first booking, we’ll have a short meet-and-greet so I can get to know your cat, learn their routine, and figure out the best way to get into your home while you’re away.
What does a visit include?+
Every visit includes feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and some quiet company. Longer visits give us extra time for play, brushing, and cuddles, depending on what your cat enjoys.
How many visits a day does my cat need?+
At least one visit every day your cat is home alone. I usually recommend two a day for kittens, senior cats, or cats on medication.
Can you give medication?+
Yes. oral medication, pills, and topical treatments, given exactly as directed by you or your vet.
Can you look after multiple cats?+
Yes. If you have multiple cats in the same home, they can all be cared for during the same visit.
What areas do you cover?+
I cover Lakeway, Bee Cave, and the surrounding area. If you’re not sure whether you’re within my service area, just send me your address and I’ll let you know.
Will I get updates while I’m away?+
Yes. I’ll send you a short update after every visit, along with a photo or two if you’d like.
Grooming
Gentle grooming in the comfort of your cat’s own home.
Which cats can I book for?+
I groom healthy, fully vaccinated cats. Vaccinations need to be up to date, and your cat should be free of fleas, ringworm, and other contagious illnesses.
What grooming do you offer?+
I offer bathing, brushing and de-shedding, nail trimming, and ear and eye cleaning. Everything is done calmly and gently, with your cat’s comfort in mind.
Where does the grooming take place?+
In your own home, so your cat stays in familiar surroundings with no carrier and no car ride.
What if my cat doesn’t tolerate grooming?+
You know your cat best, so please let me know beforehand if they have reacted badly to grooming in the past. If your cat becomes too stressed during the appointment, I may need to stop or adjust the grooming for their comfort. Because grooming time is reserved specifically for your cat, appointments are not refundable if your cat cannot be groomed.
